• Attitude and Personality - can they adapt and work well at your company
• Language - are they willing to work hard at improving their English language skills
• Adaptability - can they adapt to small community living and cold climates
• Expectations - what are their expectations and are they realistic
• Spouse - what will the spouse do in Canada and how will that factor in the stability of the candidate
• Visa Eligibility - can the applicant pass the appropriate immigration tests and supply the necessary documents to obtain a visa to come to Canada

Normally, it takes our applicants between 6-12 months to arrive at your place of business. Our processing times are among the fastest in Asia and our approval rates are also among the highest in the industry. Please note that some provincial immigration offices take longer than others to process applicants. There are also differences in processing times between the Philipinnes and China. Please consult with one of our staff for current processing times.
